The KashFlow Partner Programme is designed to be used by accountants that work with small businesses.
Gain and Retain Clients
We actively refer our accountant-less SME customers to our Partner accountants. As a partner you'll also be listed in our Accountants Directory on the main KashFlow site and on accountancysearch.co.uk. Quite often our customers already have accountants, but their accountants have no interest in online accounting applications. Instead these accountants insist that that the client uses a product such as Sage 50. So the client is forced to choose to either change accountants or change software. More often than not they change accountants and ask us to refer them to someone.
Full Control
From within your Partner Programme account you are able to view details of all the accounts you have set up. As well as seeing information such as how many times your client has logged in and when they last logged in. You are also able to log into their account yourself. You and the client can both be logged into the account at the same time. You can display a Trial Balance for any of your client accounts at anytime.
Enforce Your Brand
We provide you with the HTML code to put on your website so that your clients can log in from your own website instead of ours. We'll even set this up for you. Once logged in to the client application, each page is branded with your own logo and colours.
Keep in touch
When your clients logs in to their account they are presented with an Overview screen. This screen gives them an overview of their current financial position. Your clients have an extra area on their Overview page that you control. So you can provide a heading such as "Latest News From XYZ Accounting " and then any text that you like.
New Business
Each Partner has the option to be included in our online directory of accountants at no extra charge. We're often asked if we can recommend an accountant - we will just refer people to the directory.
No More Shoe Boxes
At any time you can view a Trial Balance and Profit & Loss report for any of your clients. You can make journal entries and you can also choose to download all of their information in Sage compatible CSV files. No more boxes of paperwork to process!
