The KashFlow Partner Programme is used by bookkeepers that look after the books for multiple companies.
Collaborative Working
Because our software is web-based it means that you and your clients can access the same data at the same time. Any data you enter is instantly visible to your client. So your clients have the added benefit of being able to log on at anytime and see how much money they are owed, run various reports and send reminder letters. You can agree between yourself and the client what you'll be doing and what they can do - allowing you to work together.
Additional Revenue
If your clients come to us directly we charge nearly £200 per year for access to the the software. As a member of our Partner Programme you buy the software at £79 per client license per year. It's totally up to you how much you charge your clients - you can either pass on the cost or you can mark it up and make a profit.
Enforce Your Brand
We provide you with the HTML code to put on your website so that your clients can log in from your own website instead of ours. We'll even set this up for you. Once logged in to the client application, each page is branded with your own logo and colours.
Keep in touch
When your clients logs in to their account they are presented with an Overview screen. This screen gives them an overview of their current financial position. Your clients have an extra area on their Overview page that you control. So you can provide a heading such as "Latest News From XYZ Bookkeepers " and then any text that you like.
